  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery time varies depending on destination and courier service. Most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel in real time.

  • Packaging: All products are sealed and packed securely to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.

  • Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Arunika experience.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

  • Eligibility:
    Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, only if:

    • The product arrived damaged or defective.

    • You received the wrong item.

  • Conditions:

    • Products must remain unopened and in original packaging.

    • Proof of damage (photo or video) must be sent to our customer service team for review.

  • Process:

    1. Contact us at support@arunikavanilla.com with your order number and issue.

    2. Our team will review your case within 48 hours.

    3. If approved, you can choose between a replacement or refund.

Please note: Due to the nature of food and agricultural products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.

order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, orders can no longer be cancelled.

responsibility after shipping

Once your order is dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the courier.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier operations, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues as best we can.
